The history began a few years ago, when our aging toilets decided it was time for a long rest and just could not be repaired anymore. I went to a local plumbing service provider to purchase new ones and I mentioned to their sales staff that I had another problem – a plumber to do the removal and installation in a reasonable period of time. W.K.Clough was highly recommended. I called the business and Bob sent a technician out that day and shut off the water to the two toilets (of course the shutoffs were frozen and couldn’t be budged by me). They picked up the toilets and installed them the next day. Needless to say, this business has become our only plumbing, heating, air conditioning, backup generator service provider since. They have done small jobs for us that senior’s need help with. It appears to me that no job is to small for them to do for their existing customers. When they can fit these jobs in with regular service, they are there. I recommend this business highly if your love good customer service. Wonderful to do business with these people.
